so grateful for the space to
meditate
and become aware of my thoughts again
take the time to do the work
that really matters
and have the
head space
to actually hear what
i am thinking
and notice the correlation
between how i feel and
the thoughts i am
thinking and i know
that they are directly
correlated and i know that
when i worry
my chest tightens and
my breath
shortens
i can also tell that when
i relax my breath
elongates
and my diaphragm
expands
that is a direct correlation that
i am aware of so
i know that
when i make the choice
to relax
i feel better
and all that matters
is feeling
better
i’ve also noticed that
i keep thinking
of another
time as when i as my
best and i know that
the only way
to break that cycle
of continuing to create a stiu
situation when i am
not as aligned as
i was then is if i
keep thinking
that i was more aligned then
and i can only choose to
feel aligned
now
i can only be
my best self

here and now
